As an Admin Head, it is my utmost priority to take the security of our students very seriously and also to put structures in place that will guarantee the safety of our students and our staffs as well. My major responsibility as an Admin Head is to focus on the safety and security of our students for which we as a team have taken some important security steps:

Installed CCTVs in every nooks and crannies of our school premises

·     Complete fencing and gating of our school premises.

·     Employed enough security personals at school gate.

·     Thorough security checks are conducted before employing teachers and other employees in our school.

·     Students bags are searched from time to time to prevent them from bringing in dangerous weapons into the school.

·     Instructed the teachers to be vigilant at all times.

Apart from the school security, I have also been assigned the duty to take care of the School’s Transport Department, where I make sure that each and every student of our bus safely arrives to school and reaches back home.  For making the transportation smooth and safe for our students, we make sure the drivers and conductors are well trained, installed GPS facility in all School buses, applied reflective tape and strobe lights in all buses, and we also monitor all the bus routes on a regular basis.

I express greetings on behalf of my Admin. Team of Tripada. This is indeed a big platform to interact and know even about the necessary elements that enable in the smooth functioning besides the academics.

When I was offered the opportunity to be the Administrator of Tripada English School 3 years ago, I never knew that it was a test to prune my entrepreneurial skills to enhance quality education & services that Tripada has promised for. My experiences over the last few years have helped forge strong bonds with the Management, Staff, Students and Parents of the school and I find every aspect of my assignment both satisfying and challenging.

Being a team leader and a player of such a wonderful team is a pleasure and a privilege. All of us at Tripada are committed to serve the educational needs of as many children as we can accommodate, and we try our best to give our students an all-round learning experience. We are committed to our students and have vowed to educate them using the most current resources, merited every student.

For a smooth and hassle free functioning of school, we have opted for food technology and structured responsibilities such as academics, administration, I.T , food and transportation. We have a team leader to play key role in the proper functioning of the school in such a way that every one of them is sure of their responsibilities without hindering one and another yet coordinating with one another offering the trust that Tripada vouches, “Better Citizen for Better Tomorrow”.

There is no question about it – success at school begins at home. Parents are the most significant teachers in every child’s life. Tripada School has a strong tradition of supportive, hard-working parents. Throughout the year parents have the opportunity to develop that partnership in a wide variety of ways. Parents volunteer at Rathyatra, Annual Function, Sports Day and help in many other ways. We have strong bonding with our parents and that makes up a complete Tripada Parivar.

My team leaves no stone unturned for a smooth free entry into the school, providing other services including the hygienic canteen services for the body & soul of Tripadatites.
